The master bedroom which also overlooks the water and fairway, has a luxurious king bed located in the back of the unit for complete privacy. The guest bedroom has twin beds, located in the front of the unit. Each bedroom has a TV.

Very private unit (no golf cart path). Enjoy the pool which is just steps from the unit,(approx. 100 ft), along with several tennis courts and an exercise room and private country club. A $238.50 golf membership transfer fee and $100 non-refundable application fee, provides you and one other person unlimited golf. Your guests may also play at a preferred rate.

Enjoy shopping and dining at Coconut Point Mall, which is within walking distance of Spring Run, the MIROMAR OUTLETS, which is a short drive away, or at the PROMENADE shopping center. There are also numerous casual and top notch restaurants in the immediate area and shopping, shopping, shopping!
